Tennis is an exciting game played with a racquet and ball. For beginners, this game comprises of different parts such as tennis technique, mental and physical fitness, tennis strategy, and footwork.

It is important to get mastery in all these areas to perform well during game. For beginners, playing tennis is a challenging and physically tiring activity. Training from experts can really help beginners in improving their skills in this game.

Good understanding of tennis rules and court dimensions is basic requirement for playing this game effectively. This game is played between two players known as singles and when the game is played with two players on either side, refers to as doubles.

The net in the center divided the tennis court into two equal parts. A player should start this game from the baseline to hit the ball into opponent.
